Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Talas account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Talas app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon or navigate to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to re-authenticate first.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account, quiz history, scores, tribe membership, and all personal data will be erased and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at guilius.kanin@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Firebase Authentication account and credentials
• Profile information (display name, photo, school)
• Quiz history, XP, and scores
• Tribe membership and leaderboard entries
• Any other data linked to your user ID

What may be retained

Anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes.
